As patients you are responsible for your own health and that of any dependents. It is important to adhere to information and advice given to you by health professionals and co-operate with the Practice in endeavouring to keep you healthy.

Patient Responsibilities

Register with a GP Practice in your area

Attend any GP or clinic appointment arranged

Cancel any appointment no longer required

Inform the Practice of any change to your contact details, ensure telephone numbers are kept up to date

Treat staff with courtesy and respect. Our Reception Team may have to ask some questions to assist us in providing you with the correct path to meet your healthcare needs.
Violent or Abusive Behaviour
If a patient is violent or abusive towards a member of our staff we have the right to

excluded the person from the Practice premises

call the Police
-
remove the patient from our Practice patient list
