Appointment Information
Please telephone rather than visit the Practice for any enquiries/ to book appointments. We ask that you attend the Surgery alone unless you require assistance, also please arrive no earlier than your appointment time.
We will now be utilising both face to face appointments and telephone/video consultations where possible to assess the majority of patients. When calling the Practice our Medical Receptionists will ask some questions surrounding the nature of your appointment request, in order that you are given an appointment appropriate to your clinical requirements.
Home Visits
If you require a home visit please telephone the Practice before 10am. Home visits are for housebound patients or if you are too ill to visit the Practice. The GP will only visit if they think your medical condition requires it.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible in order that the appointment can be given to someone else.
This can also be done when the Practice is closed by leaving a message on our answering machine.
