New Patient Registration
Unfortunately we cannot accept new registrations as all GP Practice lists in Kirkcaldy are full. To be allocated a GP Practice in Kirkcaldy please call Practitioner Services, Gyle Square, 1 South Gyle Crescent, Edinburgh, EH12 9EB Tel: 0345 300 1024 or email nss.psdedinburgh@nhs.scot Alternatively please print off and complete the
attached and return it to Practitioner Services at the above address.
For new baby and partners of those already registered at the Practice please contact our Reception Team.
Temporary Residents
If you are visiting the area and require emergency care you can register as a temporary resident. This is for up to a period of 3 months after which time your will be removed from the Practice list. You cannot register as a temporary patient at a practice in the town or area where you are already registered.
